This is a place to rediscover your brave. We are all brave, but most of us have forgotten that. We spend our time and effort hiding behind excuses and labels. Most that we give ourselves. We will cover internal topics/struggles as well as big events outside of our control. And how we pick ourselves up and learn to be brave again after life knocks us flat. (I learned to be brave and when cancer took my dad I felt I lost it all.) Now I am setting off on a journey to be the brave person I have always wanted to be. Where is your comfort zone? Notice I didn’t say happy or fulfilled zone, I said comfort zone because we can be comfortable anywhere. Even in places where we are miserable. Places we hate. How is this? Because even though we are uncomfortable, that discomfort is familiar. We know what to expect even if we don’t like it.

Change is really hard. And not everyone around us is supportive of the changes we are trying to make in our lives. But we have to live for us and not for others. Doing that is hard. We are unsure how they will react and so we just don’t tell them. We keep our changes to ourselves and never let those around us know what we are doing.
