This is a place to rediscover your brave. We are all brave, but most of us have forgotten that. We spend our time and effort hiding behind excuses and labels. Most that we give ourselves. We will cover internal topics/struggles as well as big events outside of our control. And how we pick ourselves up and learn to be brave again after life knocks us flat. (I learned to be brave and when cancer took my dad I felt I lost it all.) Now I am setting off on a journey to be the brave person I have always wanted to be. If you are willing to learn anyone, or anything can teach you. If you are not, well no one can.
Learning is a curve and each time we take on something new we have to make our way up that curve to competence. Cue a dog and a much steeper curve than anticipated.
This week we take a little different format and learn from my rescue dog. There are lots of little lessons. Take what you need. Leave what you don't.
