This is a place to rediscover your brave. We are all brave, but most of us have forgotten that. We spend our time and effort hiding behind excuses and labels. Most that we give ourselves. We will cover internal topics/struggles as well as big events outside of our control. And how we pick ourselves up and learn to be brave again after life knocks us flat. (I learned to be brave and when cancer took my dad I felt I lost it all.) Now I am setting off on a journey to be the brave person I have always wanted to be. No one likes to be wrong. No one likes to have to start over. No one really likes mistakes.
But mistakes, if looked at through the right lens are great learning opportunities. When we are brave enough to take action, and it is wrong, we then have the chance to come up with a solution. Because like it or not we learn more from our mistakes than when we happen to get it right out of the gate.
Let's rethink how we think about mistakes. Embrace them as choices that may or may not turn out for our best good. Follow the journey @findingpawnee on Instagram.
