This is a place to rediscover your brave. We are all brave, but most of us have forgotten that. We spend our time and effort hiding behind excuses and labels. Most that we give ourselves. We will cover internal topics/struggles as well as big events outside of our control. And how we pick ourselves up and learn to be brave again after life knocks us flat. (I learned to be brave and when cancer took my dad I felt I lost it all.) Now I am setting off on a journey to be the brave person I have always wanted to be. Come with me as we take little steps to be brave and build the lives we want. Especially when things don‘t go according to plan. Follow the journey @findingpawnee on Instagram.

What if I told you that you are creative? Would you believe me? This week we are talking about being creative. All the reasons that we fight doing it. And the benefits that come from being brave and creating anyway.
Let’s look at being creative out of the box. There are so many things that require creativity. And endless ways for us to express ourselves. Art and performance of course, but also building and mechanics. The only limit is what you can find to do. Let’s explore.
A few things were mentioned. As promised are linked below.
If you are interested in crochet patterns. (Simple ones that are easy to read and follow.) Check out 3amgracedesigns on Instagram @3amgracedesigns or visit the website here https://3amgracedesigns.com/ .
Nurses, (or others with stressful jobs) check out yoga with @yogawithnursegennys on Instagram. Movement is also a wonderful form of creativity.
