This is a place to rediscover your brave. We are all brave, but most of us have forgotten that. We spend our time and effort hiding behind excuses and labels. Most that we give ourselves. We will cover internal topics/struggles as well as big events outside of our control. And how we pick ourselves up and learn to be brave again after life knocks us flat. (I learned to be brave and when cancer took my dad I felt I lost it all.) Now I am setting off on a journey to be the brave person I have always wanted to be. Life is full of struggle. And as humans, we want to be able to help others through their troubles. It’s noble and good. But if we are not careful we take on too much from those around us and it can start to destroy us.
Through recent experiences, the lesson of not trying to take on too much has set in. We all have to learn that while we can do amazing things for others, we are not superhuman. We have been given what we can handle, and that is all we have to handle.
Look at helping people from a little different perspective. And receive permission to just be you and stop feeling like you have to save everyone.
